These Terms govern your use of Jump Live Studio ("the App"), a desktop application that helps you produce professional live sessions on Zoom. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App composes your webcam, slides and overlays into scenes and outputs them as a virtual camera for Zoom. With your authorization, it can show participants' video in your scenes and manage the spotlight in your own meetings. The App is a tool you operate; you remain responsible for how you run your sessions.
Features that involve participants require you to connect your own Zoom account. You authorize the App only for the scopes shown on the Zoom consent screen, and you can revoke this at any time from your Zoom account. Your use of Zoom is also subject to Zoom's own terms.
You agree to use the App lawfully, to obtain any consent required from your participants for recording or processing where applicable, and not to misuse the App to harm others or infringe rights.
Our handling of your data, including Zoom data, is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable but we are not liable for interruptions of Zoom or third-party services, or for indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Jump Live Studio è un'app desktop per produrre dirette professionali su Zoom: compone webcam, slide e grafiche e le manda come webcam virtuale. Con la tua autorizzazione può mostrare il video dei partecipanti nelle tue scene e gestire l'evidenza nelle tue riunioni. L'app è uno strumento che usi tu: resti responsabile delle tue sessioni e di ottenere gli eventuali consensi dei partecipanti.
