Jump Live Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Jump Live Studio ("the App", "we") is a desktop application that helps trainers and speakers produce professional live sessions on Zoom. This policy explains what data we handle, including data from your Zoom account, and how we protect it.

What we collect

How we use it

Data is used solely to provide the features you request (composing scenes, showing participants, managing the spotlight in your own meeting). We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties.

How it is protected

Retention & deletion

The refresh token is kept only while your Zoom is connected. When you remove the App from your Zoom account (deauthorize), Zoom notifies our deauthorization endpoint and we delete your stored token immediately. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can disconnect Zoom at any time from your Zoom account (Settings → Installed Apps → remove), or from within the App. This revokes the App's access and triggers deletion of your token.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your authorization at any time. To exercise any of these rights you can disconnect the App from your Zoom account (which deletes your stored token) or contact us at the email below; we will respond promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Fast listening (Soniox)

In the App you can turn on fast listening, so that subtitles and «Understand who's speaking» write while people are speaking. Only in that case the audio they need — your voice for the subtitles and, with «Understand who's speaking», the voice of whoever is speaking in the meeting — is sent in real time to Soniox, Inc. (United States), which transcribes and translates it on our behalf. Soniox does not store the audio or the text and does not use them to train its models (SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified). We only record the listening minutes, to charge them to your credit. If you listen to other people, let them know, as with any transcription. With fast listening off, transcription happens on your computer and the audio does not leave it.

Remote support

Remote support. If you ask us for help, we can connect to your computer with RustDesk to see your screen and, where needed, use it together with you. The connection only starts if you read us the password shown on your computer: it changes every session and we do not store it. You can stop it at any time by closing the RustDesk window. For each support session we keep your name, phone number, RustDesk ID, start and end time and a note on what was done, so we can help you better next time: the technical record is deleted automatically after 90 days. We do not record your screen and we do not copy your files. RustDesk is an independent program (AGPL-3.0 licence): you can uninstall it whenever you like.

YouTube data

YouTube data. Jump Live Studio uses YouTube API Services to read the live chat of your own YouTube broadcasts, so that your audience can take part in polls, quizzes and games by writing in the chat. To do so you sign in with your Google account and grant read-only access to your YouTube account, or you paste the link of your broadcast. We read: the title and chat identifier of your live broadcasts, and for each chat message the author's public display name, channel ID and text. We do not read private data, we never write to YouTube, and we do not share or sell this data. Chat messages are processed in memory during your session; if you choose to keep a session diary, it is stored on your computer and deleted or refreshed within 30 days. You can revoke Jump's access at any time from your Google security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions) and ask us to delete any stored data by writing to info@jumponline.it; we do so within 7 days. By using this feature you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

If you sign up through a partner

Some of our events are promoted by partners (independent people who introduce Jump Live Studio to their own contacts). If you register for an event using a partner's personal link, that partner can see, in their reserved area on our portal, your name, email address and mobile number, which event you signed up for, whether you joined it, and whether you later became a customer. Partners act on our instructions and have signed a written agreement (GDPR art. 28): they may use these contacts only to talk to you about Jump Live Studio, they may not pass them on to anyone, add them to other mailing lists, or keep them after the collaboration ends. You can object to this at any time, or ask us to remove your data from a partner's view, by writing to info@jumponline.it. If you register through our normal links, no partner sees anything.

Where you came from

When you register for one of our events, we also record which link or campaign brought you to the page: the campaign name written in the address (for example utm parameters), the click identifier added by Facebook or Instagram when you come from an ad, and the website you came from (only its name, e.g. instagram.com). We use this only to understand which of our announcements and ads work, so we can spend better. It is stored together with your registration and deleted with it; it is not sold or given to anyone.

Informativa Privacy (Italiano)
